Generative play is a theoretical framework that integrates psychology, game theory, and economics with design innovation. Specifically, [it] takes root at the intersection of activity theory, generative research, flow, play, and generative justice. When applied, it aims to address wicked problems in health through community-engaged social innovation and to instill cognizance of social responsibility in students.
